My purpose with this blog was to become an outlet of the culture I appreciate and am yet to discover in my favourite city.
As well as my love of photography, I am hoping to express in words the sights
and scenes of the city. I’m hoping to take this blog into a different direction
so that it’s not just a platform for my photography but can also be a platform
for my love of writing and journalism. This means not only will I use ‘when where
now’ for my journey with photography but also for my love of culture - not only
in London but with all of my travels. I hope others can appreciate and share my
love of learning about new cultures and backgrounds. So expect to see a lot more personal posts on topics such as food, traditions, customs and more!

A Short Update
I took a short hiatus from blogging to
concentrate on my studies but throughout the past few months I've got to explore London a little bit more.
Now that I am
free for the summer, I'm super excited to explore my city to my own accord
without the heavy weight of exams on my shoulders. I'm hoping to focus this blog
of the culture and diversity London has to offer as well as tourist spots as my
own personal outlet for my love of photography and culture!

As London gets warmer,
certain places tend to get more crowded. So despite the risk of miserable
weather (which is kind of unavoidable in this country), it's a great time to
visit tourist spots. However, miserable weather isn't always best for taking
good pictures, so I was lucky to get some decent shots this day.
Despite being shot on separate days, the weather was pretty cloudy on all the days I shot these photos. It can be hard to capture crowds or vibrant colours when the British weather is on full brink, so I find architecture a great subject to focus on as I'm more concerned on structure than lighting.
